Cytech named provider of Best Retailer Services in the 2023 BikeBiz Awards

Cytech BikeBiz Awards WinnerCytech has been named as the provider of Best Retailer Services in the 2023 BikeBiz Awards, recognising the positive impact of its service to the cycling industry. More than 25,000 Cytech technical training courses have been delivered to date with courses encompassing the basics of cycle mechanics right through to dealing with the most advanced and high-tech components and parts.

The winners were chosen by an expert judging panel, which offered years of combined experience in the cycling and micromobility industry.

Cytech training is provided in the UK by Activate Cycle AcademySpokes People and Bike for Good and in South Africa, Canada, and Australia and New Zealand by Torq Zone AcademyWhistler Adventure School and The Bicycle Academy respectively.

Commenting on the Award, Jonathan Harrison from the Association of Cycle Traders, which owns Cytech, said:

“This is not just a proud moment for us and recognition of the excellent work by our partners in delivering Cytech training internationally. It is also a reminder that Cytech is raising the standards of bike technicians and maintenance skills in a way that not only better serves cyclists, but which supports the cycle retail industry and helps individuals achieve new standards of excellence in their careers. It’s great to see that recognised with the BikeBiz Best Retailer Services award.”
