50% off apprenticeship employer fees

From the 1st of April, following the government's spring statement, apprenticeship employer fees will be halved!
The 10% fee that small businesses must pay when they take on apprentices will be halved from the 1st of April.
The chancellor, Philip Hammond told MPs that a £700 million package to help small and medium-sized enterprises invest in apprenticeships will be rolled out from next month.
From the 1st of April, employers will not only see the co-investment rate they pay cut from 10% to 5% but that, levy-paying employers will be able to share more levy funds across their supply chains with the maximum amount rising from 10% to 25%.
ATG Training offers two cycle maintenance apprenticeships - an intermediate (Level 2) for staff with no previous training and an advanced (Level 3) apprenticeship for those who have already completed some formal training. Both apprenticeships, are work-based training programmes for bike mechanics, designed around the needs of the cycle trade, that lead to nationally recognised qualifications, such as Cytech accreditation and NVQ's.

With co-investment fees now starting from as little as £200 for putting an employee (19+ years old) through the Level 2 cycle maintenance apprenticeship, there has never been a better time to start upskilling your workforce. Young (16-18-year-old) apprentice funding remains unchanged with 100% of the training costs available and in many cases, the government will provide an additional financial incentive payment of £1,000 for your business.
