The Masters takes delegates beyond the day-to-day issues of running a business granting individuals the opportunity to consider the broader picture, network with other senior retailers and position themselves for the boardroom and beyond.

The Masters 2014 took place 10 - 13 March at the Said Business School, Egrove Park. Over 30 retailers from a range of companies and brands, varying in size and offering, arrived with aims to deepen their understanding of key performance indicators, challenges facing retail today and develop future strategies.
