Your views are needed on the 2023 State of the Workforce Survey

Posted on in Business News

Bira is supporting and urging retailers to participate in the 2023 State of the Workforce Survey, which is being run by People 1st International, part of The Workforce Development Trust.

People 1st

The survey investigates skills gaps and workforce issues across the visitor economy sector, exploring approaches to training and development and workforce planning.

Retail is a critical part of the visitor economy, and it is important that the survey reflects the views of the sector as widely as possible. Bira is already working in partnership with Retail Trust to help spread the word, and a small donation for each response from the retail sector will be made to the Retail Trust.

The survey’s findings will help employers across the sector to better address their workforce needs, informing the decisions they make about skills development.

Findings will also help build the evidence base to influence local, regional and national bodies as they set their workforce priorities for the future.

The survey is open until 28 July and you can take part by clicking here.
