Posted on in Business News , Cycles News , Political News

The All Party Parliamentary Group for Cycling & Walking (APPGCW) will now be launching their CWIS2 report on Monday 20th September from 16:00-17:00.

The report has more than 20 recommendations based on the evidence the APPGCW took at the three inquiry sessions, and written evidence from stakeholders.

The recommendations include the following policy areas;

  • funding
  • targets
  • Active Travel England
  • skills
  • capacity
  • influencing attitudes & behaviour

The APPGCW hope that the DfT will consider our recommendations when they publish the second Cycling and Walking Investment Strategy in the next few months.

The APPGCW are very grateful for the support of Brompton who enabled the inquiry to take place.
