Posted on in Cycles News

Following the re-location from its long-time base in Aylesbury to their brand new, purpose-built headquarters and workshop in Oxford in May this year, Cytech training provider ATG Training has recruited a new sales and marketing manager.Matt Grant - ATG

Matt Grant, former bike shop owner, Raleigh UK and EBC account manager brings to the role a wealth of experience with over 17 years in the cycle industry.

Grant added "With the amazing new training facility in Oxford, this is an incredibly exciting time to be joining ATG Training and I am very much looking forward to continuing to promote the industry-leading Cytech training courses across the UK. We already have a number of exciting new developments planned with some new courses and events lined up - for example, we are hosting the final of "Britain's Best Bike Mechanic" in September."

"Also, the move to Oxford, further enhances the synergy with our parent company Activate Learning. Part of my role will be to market this transition to the cycling community, as we become part of this much greater educational and training provider and all of the associated benefits that comes with it."

"There really is so much to this role that I'm looking forward to, as well as becoming an integral part of the close-knit ATG team that all seem to have a shared love of cycling and the culture that goes with it."

ATG Training CEO Jon Adams added "We are delighted to welcome Matt to the ATG Training team with years of industry experience and real passion for cycling that he brings. Matt has an exciting set of opportunities to take forward including a new Apprenticeship Standard, further developments of Cytech and possibly new centres opening in the near future."

Matt can be contacted on 07880 389619 or matthew.grant@activatelearning.ac.uk
