Cytech arrives in Canada

Working in partnership with Specialized Bicycle Components Canada, Cytech technical training and accreditation is now available in Canada.

With 'service' becoming the catchword in this web challenged period of bicycle retail, the lack of a Canadian standard in technical service left retailers rolling the dice when hiring new staff. Not any more. Cytech has expanded internationally and now offers dedicated training and accreditation in Canada via Specialized.

Cytech is the only internationally recognised trade course for bicycle technicians, with training centres in the UK, South Africa, Australia and now Canada.

Specialized is dedicated to fostering the growth of cycling in Canada and to the success of all Canadian bicycle retailers. Cytech classes will be offered to all Canadian bicycle retail outlets regardless of affiliation with the Specialized brand or not.

Cytech is owned by the UK cycle industry via the Association of Cycle Traders (ACT) and over the last 25 years has delivered over 11,000 technical courses to cycle mechanics and enthusiasts worldwide.
