POS driving more customers to Fetch - and back into your shop

Posted on in Cycles News

Since launching the full range of Fetch Insurance Point of Sale materials, visits to fetchinsurance.co.uk have risen by 14.6% vs the previous period.

At the end of June it was announced that there is a now a whole range of both in-store and online point of sales materials available for retailers to purchase and download to promote Fetch Insurance to their customer base.

Since launching the range, which directs customers to go online to get their insurance quote, the fetch website (www.fetchinsurance.co.uk) has seen a significant boost in visitation with almost 15% more unique visits vs the previous period. This suggests that the addition of promotional materials to retailers shops and websites across the country is helping to strengthen Fetch's position as the preferred insurance product among independent retailers and their customers.

With Fetch every customer has the choice of which bike shop they want to carry out their repair or replacement, without the need for a discounted service, protecting retailer margins. If the retailer that originally sold the bike delivered great service, chances are the customer will return to that shop.

Another great benefit for retailers is that when a customer is referred to Fetch and a policy is taken out, income is generated as a commission and to their ActSmart account - a great reason why every retailer should be promoting Fetch whenever and wherever they can!

POS has already proven successful in driving more people to go online to get a quote, so if you don't already have yours in place now it the perfect time to start generating commission and ensuring you retain your customers.
