Bicycle Mechanic We are looking for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about cycling and have a good knowledge about the cycling industry. The role will be dealing with customer queries, repairs and servicing. It's important to note that we are mainly looking for a mechanic but the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate good customer service skills and work out front from time to time. We are also keen to recieve applications from people who are looking to work in a bicycle business who could work in the retail area and gain experience from there. Leith Cycle Co is a small friendly, familly run business in the  East of Edinburgh. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of customer service with a personal touch.

Excellent Mechanical Skills. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Experience in a similar role. Comfortable explaining bike repairs in a simple, clear and jargon free manner. Willingness to be flexible ie. Willing to get out front and help with retail customers when required. Good sense of humour and a love for coffee helps to survive the crazy days.
