Job Description

thegoodlife.bike ltd electric bike in Richmond are looking for a freelance bike mechanic to join our small team.

 - to build manufacturer delivered bikes for customers, provide interval servicing, provide ad hoc repairs, manage workshop and parts
 
 - well appointed, new workshop near Richmond station, a small team means a lot of autonomy, sole use of a complete toolset, desk, computer and staff e-bike
 
 - £250/day offered, Tuesday - Saturday with some flexibility on hours and days, until the end of November minimum with the possibility of transition to a staff role thereafter
 
 
 
 
 

 

Skills/Experience Required

Some training gaps can be provided for, but ideally:

 - minimum 2 years experience of building, servicing and repairing all bikes including electric, belt drive, hub gear, suspension

 - must be organised and computer literate, able to keep records electronically, deal with invoices and orders, presentable and able to communicate with customers

 - complete Cytech or equivalent

 - current or recent Bosch training
