How to apply
To apply to join the ActSmart Retail Finance Scheme you will need:
- To be a Gold or Platinum subscriber
- To complete the Retailer Application Form
- To complete the Retailer Operating Agreement
- To have a current Consumer Credit Licence
- To supply up to date company accounts
Black Horse Retail Finance Update
Following a strategic review by Lloyds bank in November 2009, it was announced that Black Horse will cease their operations at the end of February 2010. This decision applies to all Black Horse customers across multiple market sectors.
For all current ActSmart members registered to use Black Horse it is business as usual. All new finance applications for your customers will be handled in the normal manner until 5p.m. on 26th February 2010.
