iceBike Business Services area set to expand

Posted on in Business News , Cycles News

Madison is set to expand its Business Services Area at this year's iceBike* to offer dealers a wealth of advice and tips about the various services available to them that they may not yet have taken advantage of.

iceBike* - one of the biggest cycling in-house trade shows in the country - has always endeavoured to deliver a valuable and informative show to all visiting retailers and for 2018, Madison is aiming to improve it once again.

icebike photoThe Business Services Area this year will be crammed full of useful tools for dealers to find out more about. New for 2018 the area will include a Freewheel stand which will be there to explain to retailers about the amazing new website that the company is launching to support independent bike dealers. Also there will be a Professional Retailer Programme (PRP) stand where any interested retailers can have an open discussion about what the programme entails and find out more information about potentially signing up to it.

In addition, Madison's award-winning B2B system has received an impressive new update which visitors can head to the Business Services Area to find out more information about. To summarise however, the B2B system has been improved to work perfectly across desktop, laptops, tablets and phones. It will also have a Quick View option for dealers to see prices on product listings and search result pages. More products will also be shown on those pages, with improved visibility and more promotion types along with an improved load time. It will make life even easier for dealers.

There will also be a stand about credit control for those that would like to see how it can be applied to their own businesses.

Kellie Parsons, marketing director at Madison, said: "The idea behind the area is to give all visitors a clearly designated place where they can find out everything they need to help run their businesses as smoothly and efficiently as possible. It is a great opportunity to have some open conversations about what operations Madison has in place for dealers and hopefully many will leave the show with an array of tools to help improve their businesses."

To complement the Business Services Area, there will be a range of informative and interesting seminars at iceBike* so dealers are welcomed to sit in those seminars to get the gist, then head into the show to ask any questions.

If you have a Madison trade account register to visit iceBike* here.
