ACT meeting with business ministers: send us your questions

Posted on in Business News , Cycles News

OParliamentn Tuesday 16th February the ACT, along with other key members of the Independent Retailers Confederation (IRC), will be partaking in a meeting with government officials in regard to the wellbeing of the high street.

The meeting is the second one of its kind, following a conference with Small Business and Enterprise Minister Paul Scully at the end of last year. In this meeting the topics evaluated any lessons that we have so far learned from national lockdowns and ways in which we can move forward from this using government support. Read more about that here.

Have your say

We are now giving our members the opportunity to pose questions to the Government's Business Ministers.

Whether you'd like to ask about business rates, the rent moratorium, or Government support for IBDs during the pandemic, we want to hear it.

To have your say in this meeting, please pass on any relevant questions to info@theact.org.uk with the subject line: ‘Questions for IRC business ministers meeting'.

The deadline for questions is Monday, February 15, 2021, so that they can be collaborated ahead of the meeting. We will do our best to summarise all questions that are posed to us and attain responses within the meeting time. Those that contact us will be contacted shortly after the meeting.
