Fetch Consumer Promotion

Giving cycle retailers extra promotion whilst customers get an excellent service

Fetch Recovery Centres are a network of 'bricks and mortar' specialist retail shops dedicated to customer service, helping to ensure that cyclists can keep cycling no matter what.

To be a Fetch Recovery Centre a retailer needs to have:

• Full ACT membership
• A Cytech Accredited mechanic on site (Level two or higher)
• Workshop and repair facilities
  
• Information on cycle insurance
  
• Information on cycle accident support 

Membership criteria

You must be full ACT member (a Gold or Platinum ActSmart member in the cycles industry) to be a Fetch Recovery Centre.
