A 3rd series of BBC2' s 'Mary Queen of Shops' is being made and the program is on the lookout for 6 independent retailers to take part.

Having worked previously with fashion retail independents, Mary Portas is now focusing upon the non-fashion independent retail sector. Britain's leading retail guru, Mary turned Harvey Nichols into a modern powerhouse of fashion and style and she has a phenomenal talent for unlocking the potential of businesses - both large and small.

Mary wants to take on a very different challenge: to bring her Midas touch to 6 non-fashion British high street independent stores in any non-fashion sector.

According to the PR: "It's a very special, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

If you are an independent shop that is getting left behind or struggling and you would like some help from Britain's leading retail expert please call Tom or Nikki on 020 7967 1285.

Or email queenofshops@optomen.com

My wife and I run a ladies fashion shop that also sells schoolwear in Penarth, about 6 miles from Cardiff. We really need Mary's help and advice on how to regenerate the shop to try to recover the turnover back to profitable levels. Without her help it is very likely that we will not survive much more than 6 to 12 months. Please help us.
