Your access to the legal helpline has changed

To ensure our services remain exclusive to current subscribers, access to the legal helpline is password protected. From Monday 15th August the password has changed.
The legal helpline has been one of ActSmart's key services for many years, helping subscribers get access to the guidance they need 24/7.
From setting up a business to dealing with customer complaints or employment issues, having access to legal advice is key to any small business.
With many policy changes already confirmed for the coming year, including the New National Living Wage and Pension auto-enrolment, every business should have access to advice and support to help ensure they remain compliant.
Thanks to ActSmart's partnership with legal experts DAS, subscribers can access 24 hour UK based helplines, covering the following subjects:

- Human Resources
- Health & Safety
- Tax Advice
- Assistance in the event of business emergency (fire, flood etc)
- Confidential counselling for owners, their staff and immediate family members
Unlike many other legal and business support helplines, ActSmart offer subscribers 24 hour, unlimited access to DAS business support.

The password you need to quote to DAS is available to see in the My Details section of your My ActSmart account. From Monday 15th August, the password is changing, so ensure you log in to check the password before contacting DAS to retain your access.
