Returning to the ExCel, London from Thursday 11th- Sunday 14th February, Bike Biz take look at some of the reasons why you should venture out of your shop and head to the show.

From smart technology such as GPS and heart rate monitors and the latest bikes, the London Bike Show is a great opportunity to check out what everyone will be talking about in 2016. Some of the biggest brands, including Specialized, Boardman, Cannondale and Scott will be attending.

The Cycling Performance Theatre has previously played host to legends including Sean Kelly, Greg LeMond and Sir Chris Hoy - and this year will have an equally impressive line-up.

The Surrey Human Performance Institute is back at London Bike Show to put show visitors through their paces to analyse fitness and deliver a comprehensive report on nutrition, technique and body composition.
