Missed Take it outdoors at the Outdoor Trade Show?

Posted on in Outdoor News

The 9th annual Outdoor Trade Show came to a close yesterday after welcoming thousands of visitors and exhibitors to see a wide variety of outdoor equipment , clothing, footwear and accessories.

With so much to see at the Outdoor Trade Show, you may have missed Take it outdoors...

Missed Take it outdoors at OTS?

If you didn't have the chance to visit the Take it outdoors stand at the show you may still be in the dark about how becoming a Take it outdoors retailer can help boost your sales.

Retail finance is a powerful sales tool for retailers, allowing customers to get the products, clothes and accessories they want without breaking the bank.

It is a proven sales tool for turning browsers into buyers and boosting profits by up-selling. In the current economy, where acceptance for bank loans can prove difficult or are extremely costly (up to 5853% APR!), finance is the answer for many consumers.

Many visitors to the Outdoor Trade Show came along to stand 14 to find out more about joining the ever expanding Take it outdoors retail network - which now boasts over 700 retailers across the UK and accounts for sales of over £60m p.a. The scheme is expected to get ever bigger, having already seen a 118% growth so far this year! So don't miss your chance to get finance in place.

Putting the retailer in control

With a range of APR's and loan durations available, as well as interest free and interest bearing options the retailer is in control, having the flexibility to adapt the offer depending on the product or the customer. For example, Take it outdoors retail finance can be used to shift end of season stock as opposed to discounting. Temporary finance promotions can be offered in place of a standard discount to reduce the hit on profit margins.
