Changes to the way you access legal advice

The legal helpline has been one of ActSmart's key services for many years, helping subscribers get access to the guidance they need 24/7. The way subscribers access the helpline is now changing, to help keep the ActSmart services exclusive to subscibers.
In 2013, 38% of small businesses experienced a ‘significant' legal problem with nearly half of these problems resulting in a negative financial impact on the business, according to a study by the Legal Services Board.
The average cost of each problem was £6,700, meaning an overall cost of £100 billion to UK business!
The figures above highlight the need for businesses to have access to a trustworthy source of information when faced with a legal issue. Thanks to ActSmart's partnership with legal experts DAS, subscribers can access 24 hour UK based helplines, covering the following subjects:

From 1st December the current ActSmart Policy Number that you quote to DAS will no longer grant you access to the service. Instead a password will be available to see in the My Details section of your My ActSmart account. If you have forgotten your log in details click here or contact us.
