Stitchlinks
Stitchlinks promotes the use of creative activities to enhance health and personal wellbeing.
Stitchlinks is a unique organisation in the creative world and one that not only holds a key to progressing personal wellbeing through creativity, but has the potential to unlock very significant international recognition of the benefits of creative crafts.
What do Stitchlinks do?
The idea behind Stitchlinks was to support those who felt isolated or lonely by circumstance or illness. But it has blossomed from there to include people who believe in preventative healthcare and those who wish to utilise the benefits to enhance learning, to manage stress or change and facilitate team building.
The benefits can help everyone to find balance in life, to take control, as well as better manage illness.
