There when you need us
We call it the "moment of need". As a busy retailer sometimes you need to trust that you'll get the right information and advice when it matters.
Perhaps its a legal matter. Maybe you need to get a telephone number or ask a question. Or find out which of our products and services could work for you. No call centres or automated responses, just a dedicated team who will always do their best when you need us. Plus continuing investment in our web portal provides even more useful tools to help you get what you want.
Making partnerships work
Every ActSmart partnership matters. That's why we call them "intelligent partnerships", because we want them to work for everyone.
Making sure our products and services meet the needs of our subscribers is a really big part of our activities. We never launch a new product or service lightly. We invest time in researching the options and talking to retailers. We also listen to all the feedback - good and bad - and work with our partners to make things work. When things do go wrong you can be sure you've got our support in dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. That's what partnerships are about.
Investing in our retail channels
One of the unique features of ActSmart is our specialisation within retail channels, such as Cycles and Arts & Crafts. Working with our channel sponsors we invest in developing industry specific products and services. We are also focusing on how we can raise the profile of specialist retailers to consumers within these markets, providing innovative new promotional opportunities which communicate the benefits specialist retailers have to offer.
