Q: Do I have to be a subscriber to use ActSmart?

A: No you don't have to be a subscriber to use the website, most areas are freely accessible to anyone. But if you wish to get more from the website or take advantage of particular products and services then you will need to become either a Register User or subscribe to one of our subscription packages here

Q: Is it free to become a Registered User?

A: Yes its free to register and this will give you access to additional website features such as having your say on particular news items or creating a business directory listing. You will also have to register to advertise with us, post a job listing or purchase some of our other products. You can register here

Q: Can I use products and services if my retail channel is not represented?

A:

Many products and services can only be used by businesses subscribing to a particular retail channel within ActSmart, such as "cycles" or "arts & crafts". For example, our commercial products are generally only available to businesses subscribing to a particular channel because these products have been developed for that sector. Our partners will not, in most cases, allow businesses outside of a channel access to their products or services.

If your retail sector is not currently represented within ActSmart why not contact us to discuss how it can be. In the meantime why not take a look at Silver Subscription which is available to anyone, regardless of their sector.
